I read this book a few years ago and loved it. I like King's no nonsense approach.

I read this book a few years back, after it was given to me. I laughed a LOT, and learned a lot.

I have to agree that it is a great experience reading this book. I am a fan of King and and do a bit of writing myself. Kind of a t-ball to the show relationship, yet it is good to learn from a master.

As a how-to, there are better books. However, this book touches on the "why" of writing. A good read.
