I'm not crazy about shelling out $60 for Leap, but you can pretty much do the same thing with the Spotlight Comments just from Ctrl-I clicking on whatever document you want to make current. However, when I go to erase the current status in the comments, my smart folder doesn't reflect the change (all files remain in the smart folder irrespective of their Spotlight Comments). Any remedy or rationale to this enigma? I love the idea.
