I think what I liked about it is what you didn&#039;t. I like that he breaks down a lot of the thought processes behind procrastination. I don&#039;t think I have huge issues with procrastination, but there are some areas where I tend to procrastinate, and it helped me see them better. 

But, I think some of his practical ideas were helpful too. Just got my MacBook Pro back yesterday with all of my notes on it, so I&#039;m going to blog about a few of those ideas soon.</description>

		<description>I too have both the audiobook and the paperback of The Now Habit, though I&#039;ve only listened to the audiobook. I found it hard to listen to - a bit to shrink-ish in the narration, and a bit too shrink-ish in the content. Overall, I came away with the conclusion that the book wasn&#039;t for me if I didn&#039;t have major psychological issues with procrastination. Did you feel that way about it?
